Faydasıçok Foundation, which supports high school and university students in the field of engineering, organized a Mentee – Mentor Meeting within the scope of the Pearls in Pearl project. 81 students met with successful female mentors in their fields in different sectors.
This year. the organization organized once was held at intelligence Turkey office with the participation of female students studying in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Business Engineering departments in 32 different schools.
In the organization, Murat Avcı from House of Human gave mentee education to 2nd – 3rd and 4th graders. However, our scholarship recipients who are studying in the classroom organized a panel for students who are just starting university to explain their own educational life, the Pearls in Pearl Program and how they can better evaluate this program. Caner Turan, the founder of Ludus Play and Education, gave awareness training with improvised theater to increase the awareness of our scholarship holders.
After the trainings, panels, workshops and theater performances, the students came together with their mentors. After the meeting, they had the opportunity to meet and chat with all the mentors with the networking event.
