Chairman’s Speech

Dear Partakers,

In this important journey that we started eight years ago regarding the dream of equality of opportunity in education, our main goal has been to contribute to the personal and professional development of our young people and to educate them as tomorrow’s leaders with a sense of social responsibility. We have determined the purpose of raising young people who are high in self-confidence, strong, worthwhile, difference creator, and are equipped with a sense of responsibility. During this process, we grew up together, learned together, supported each other.

We are continuing our Pearls in Mother of Pearl Development Program with our 100 girls who have been educated in engineering, this year. In this project, we are happy to not only provide scholarships, but also to establish a valuable community by creating a sisterhood bond between our students. When we started the project, our goal was to create an ecosystem to convey to the broad masses that science and talent are not limited to gender, to ensure that our young girls graduate as qualified engineers and to create a strong society together with strong women.

We are setting agendas by meeting with young people in high schools to emphasize the importance of women’s employment, gender equality and digital transformation. We have met with approximately 5000 of high school students in 27 schools, in 10 different cities and we have made inspiring and motivating speeches.

In addition, we contribute to the academic and professional development of our 200 male and female students studying in different departments of universities with our Trace-Leavers Development Program by offering various supports such as training, internship, and mentoring.

We will continue to work with our strength to add value to society with the strength we get from all our young people whose lives we can touch, support, make a difference in their lives, with the inspiration and motivation we get from their achievements.
